Jo’s two daughters attended Watford Grammar School for Girls, where she was Chair of the Parents’ Association for a number of years.
Jo has served as a parent governor and been clerk to the governing body at a number of local primary schools.
Jo works at a girls’ independent school in north London, and became a Women of Vision trustee in 2018.
Jeff Herman is a Chartered Accountant and Management Consultant and has been a Trustee and Treasurer of the Women of Vision Trust since its establishment in 1998.
Jeff has also been a Governor and Chair of the Finance & General Purpose at Watford Grammar School for Girls.
Paul Taylor is a senior partner in a firm of solicitors. Previously a governor at Watford Grammar School for Girls, Paul was one of the founding trustees of the Women of Vision Trust and was reappointed as a trustee in 2016. Paul provides valued legal advice ensuring that the Trust fully meets its obligations as a registered Charity.
Katherine Hedges is a teacher at North London Collegiate School, a Watford Grammar old girl and was appointed a Trustee in 2017.
Sylvia began teaching geography in 1992 at Tring School Hertfordshire. Since then she has taught in a range of schools in London to Botswana, joining Watford Grammar School for Girls in 2007 as Assistant Head. Sylvia was appointed as Deputy Head in 2014 and ultimately permanent Headteacher in April 2018. Sylvia was appointed a Trustee in 2018.
